Highly recommend!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Sharon's property. The property is very well-appointed and has an amazing view of the bay. Sharon was very responsive to my texts. In-fact when we had an issue with the Internet router, upon check-in, I contacted her she came right over to resolve it. (The router needed a little nudge as perhaps a cable into router wasn't securly connected.)

Would highly recommend staying at the property.

Beautiful Views

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and was well stocked with the items that you would need. We enjoyed many nights out on the screened in porch. I would highly recommend renting a car if your going to explore the island as the taxi cab rides are pretty pricey. We were not planning on renting a car, but decided to after our 3rd day there. You can also take your car over to St John's via the ferry, which was nice. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Great place!!

From the time I contacted Sharon (aka Sherri), until after check out, Sherri was warm, friendly, responsive and helpful with any of my inquiries. We absolutely loved the views from the main balcony (they are Killer Views and aptly named :), where we started our days and ended each day (even at night it was wonderful to sit on the balcony with the cool breeze to recount the fun of our day). The sunrise I caught from my mini bedroom balcony one morning was beautiful! The interior was warm, inviting and homey, and we loved the beach island decor that felt relaxing from the moment we arrived. Absolutely recommending Sherri for anyone who travels to St Thomas, and we hope to return some day and will book with Sherri again.

Everything was perfect-gorgeous, well-appointed condo and wonderful host!

Great!

Enjoyed a week with our family if 6 including a 16 month old and lived the condo. Located close to red hook for close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants and beaches but far enough away to be private. Restaraunts are busy so recommend take out so you don’t spend 2 hours for a meal.

Great Host

This condo was definitely a highlight of our trip! Sherri was super communicative and accommodating, and the condo was extremely spacious and was tastefully designed. Our favorite was the big porch overlooking the harbor. 10/10 would recommend!

Great Stay

We loved our stay at the condo! Gorgeous view, extremely well equipped with everything we would need (beach towels, beach bag, sunblock) and easy walk to the beach with 2 restaurants right on the beach. Sheri was lovely, super helpful and we had everything we needed. The condo was bright, sunny, clean and perfect for the 4 of us. Thank you!

Sherri’s place was absolutely incredible

Sherri’s place was absolutely incredible. The bedrooms and bathrooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. And the view…amazing! Sherri was also a wonderful host. She met us at check in and provided some favorite attractions prior to check in to help us plan to get the most out of our time on the island. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this was a clear favorite. Hope to come again soon!

Lovely home

This place was an absolute oasis and incredibly comfortable and just all-around lovely! There were 6 of us (including a toddler) but we didn't feel crowded or annoyed. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly stocked and we made good use of the cooler and all appliances. Each day we looked forward to coming 'home' to relax and soak up the beautiful view of Cowpet Bay! We'll definitely try to book this exact place again if (when) we come back to St. Thomas.

WOW

Wow, we got so lucky finding this place! It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 kids. Kids got their own bedroom and it was soooo easy. Walking down to the beach to swim and dig in the sand and breakfast and lunch at the casual restaurant right on the beach really made it feel like the most stress-free family vacation we’ve ever had. Sharon was an INCREDIBLY attentive host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a stellar experience. Can’t wait to come back!

wonderful time

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Not overly crowded on the beach. Only downside was rocks right when you walk into the water but once you pass them it was fine. Our kids loved having access to the pool. Sharon had everything you needed from beach chairs to snorkel gear making adventures and the ability to visit other beaches easy. Renting a car was a must for us. The condo was exactly what the pictures looked like and exceeded our expectations. There are two restaurants on this beach one is quite expensive but worth the money for a night out. We will visit again! The view from the condo was marvelous.

Nice place

Nice place. Great view of the bay that's entertaining to sit and watch, with sailboats going in and out and group sailing lessons being given by the yacht club. Balcony has sun in the morning and is in the shade all afternoon. Make time to visit St. Johns for a day and drive the National Park road. Very good restaurants nearby. It's a bit of a trek down to the beach from the condo, but you can also drive down to it and park very close with all your beach gear.

Beautiful condo with a great view!

Beautiful condo with a great view! The condo was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Love that Shari had beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels available which made it really easy to explore around the island. Two restaurants right on the beach within the property gates which were delicious and easy. This condo does require a lot of steps or steeper ramps to get down to the beach and pool so be ready for a little cardio. Overall a great experience and excellent communication with the host!

The condo was excellent!

The condo was excellent! Very clean! Nicely updated & very spacious. A 5 minute drive to the grocery store and Redhook. Sherri the host, was excellent about communicating with us! Her service was excellent. Highly recommend staying at this condo!!! Plus.. great views of St. John from the balcony!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo! The views are spectacular and everything is in perfect condition. The unit is meticulous. The pool was perfect for me kids. Dinner at the on-site Caribbean Fish Market was suberb. We traveled with 5 people. 2 adults and 3 kids and had more then enough room for everyone to spread out. Sherri has the unit stocked so don’t buy anything until you get there! The less then 1 mile ride to Red Hook is also fantastic. Great shops and restaurants there.

Great location

Great location on cowpet bay. Even though there are many condos that share this bay, the beach was hardly crowded. Pool was nice. Rooms were clean and had a good setup for a 2 bedroom. Walkable to the Ritz Carlton but otherwise would recommend getting a car.

This condo has a great view

This condo has a great view but it’s up a steep hill, which is good to keep in mind for those who may have mobility issues. The two restaurants onsite have some days/times they’re closed, so you should check and plan ahead. The condo is clean and well stocked, Sharon is a great host.

Perfect house for the holidays!

This house is great for our Christmas visit to Annapolis! The dining room is perfect for hosting holiday dinner for our entire family. Location is close to downtown, shopping, and easy access to route 50. We will be back!

The perfect house near everything imaginable!!!

My family and I stayed here for the 4th of July holiday. The owner Sherri was very sweet and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. She was able to be reached easily enough if anything was needed during our stay. The house was beautiful the pictures don't even do it justice. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bedrooms were so comfortable and decorated so nicely. The living room was a great place for us all to relax together and enjoy each other company. My whole family enjoyed our stay so much. The house is in an area surrounded by every store you could possible want to have near by but far enough so that it was nice and quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a great getaway and have plenty of room for your family to enjoy!

Great Home!

Plenty of space to accommodate our group and Sherri was helpful leading up to and during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again if in Annapolis!

The property was as described - beautiful home and quiet neighborhood!

The home was welcoming and comfortable. It was more than adequate for our needs and we never felt crowded. We had plenty of towels and hot water for showers. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking! We enjoyed our stay and would rent the home again!

Great friends, great location and great home!

Three couples recently stayed for 3 days in the middle of the week at this great place! Each had their own bedroom with a king sized bed plus their own bathroom. It was ideal for touring Annapolis and just relaxing. In the evenings we played games and just sat around and talked and enjoyed our little vacation! I highly recommend the house and I would have loved to take advantage of the craft room!!
